As a part of my doctorial research, when I was working on ICTs for agricultural extension at the department of agricultural extension, Uttar Banga Krishi Viswavidyalaya, Cooch Behar, identifying the fact that growth of agriculture depends mostly on the appropriate knowledge and information available to the farmers.
